Leased Volume

This mixed-use space is designed to house an auditorium, ground level retail, offices, and residential units. The project uses a parametric skin that adapts member sizes based on spans and load requirements. The structural shell promotes minimal interior interruptions as floors are suspended between facades instead of by columns. By eliminating the constraints of pancaked floors, there becomes a potential to lease space volumetrically instead of by square footage.
